If you use glitter, it must be loose glitter. Therefore the following are NOT eligible: glitter pens, glitter markers, glitter glue, pre-glittered papers, pre-glittered embellishments. Use any image, digital or a rubber, to create your submission. We'd love it if you used one of the Sparkle N Sprinkle's images and become a Featured Artist.
